Good to see white hat SEO techniques being promoted. A link to https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ for page speed might be helpful to people who don't know about it. Also optimzation of fonts is another big one that can be overlooked with the focus on images/multimedia; too many fonts can slow down a page quite a bit.
